Subscription, acceptable use, and platform terms for Pepe customers.

Last updated: 27 July 2026 · Path: /legal/terms

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Pepe you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any order form or plan you select. If you use Pepe on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.

2. Service

Pepe provides digital forms, workflows, submissions and related tools. Features marked Beta, Pilot or Coming soon may change or be withdrawn. Institutions own their content; Pepe owns the platform software and branding.

3. Subscriptions & cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues until the period ends unless otherwise agreed. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or an explicit SLA credit.

Trials may convert to paid plans after the trial period unless cancelled. Non-payment may lead to suspension after a grace period.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful collection of applicant data, staff access control, accuracy of forms, and configuring workflows. You must not misuse the service as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepe’s aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid for that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made solely on automated outputs without human review where required.
